Every song can be applied to life around you. Just knowing that somebody went through the things you're going through can help alot, and when you hear a lyfe song you know that you're not alone. the first time i heard one of his songs was in 2004 i was just getting out of school and one of my friends came to pick me up. he put his head phones on my ears and said, " You've got to hear this!". Stick Up Kid was playing and i immidiately was hooked. Lyfe Jennings has been my favorite artist since. i went and got myself a copy of the cd, 268-192 and it was always in my cd player. Then The Pheonix came out and i added it to my collection. the latest, Lyfe Change i got the day it was released. You cant imagine how much the music will move you until you hear it and then once you do youre hooked for life...( no pun intended).
